SMD Capacitor replacement kit for the Apple Macintosh Classic main board
Macintosh Classic Logic Board: 630-0390 / 820-0390
Kit includes:
– 1 x 1uF 50V Tantalum Capacitors
– 7 x 47uF 16V Tantalum Capacitors
The original capacitors on the main board are electrolytic but these can be replaced with tantalum capacitors which don’t leak. I have repaired many Macintosh Classic computers with these capacitors and not had any replacement capacitors failing.

When soldering the capacitors in, make sure you have the correct orientation (Stripe on the capacitor indicates negative side)
