Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Most small orders can be send using large letter (Under 100g), 2nd Class which is the cheapest option. (1st Class is available on the payment page)
Larger, or fragile items like diagnostic boards etc are shipped using tracked/signed to ensure suitable insurance and confirmation that the items are delivered successfully.
International Shipping
Unfortunately due to the high number of packages failing to be delivered overseas, or tracked packages being returned I will no longer be offering international shipping.
If you wish you can still purchase my items via eBay as I use their Global Shipping Programme. See my eBay store.

Products will be shipped within 2 days, however in most cases they are normally posted the same day.
I try to keep postage as cheap as possible and do not make any money on the postage . The cost covers postage and packaging materials.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
All devices and components are thoroughly tested. In the unlikely event that the device is faulty we will replace it (If we have stock) or refund you.
We are unable to accept any returns for components (transistors, integrated circuits etc) that have been soldered.
No exchanges will be permitted.
