ZTX651 Transistor
- Replaces ZTX650 on ZX Spectum (TR4)
Often when the ZTX650 blows on the ZX Spectrum it will also take out the ZTX213 due to a bad design (run away effect) If both transistors are blown and you only replace one of them it will blow again.
