ATX2XT Power Supply Adapter PSU

This is an adapter board that allows a ATX PSU to be connected to IBM XT computers and provides -5V which modern PSU’s do not provide.

You will need to supply your own AT Connetor (P8/P9 connector) and the cables will need to be soldered to the PCB.

 – PS_ON Switch which if enabled will keep the PSU on all the time.  Otherwise if preferred you can solder the PC switch to PS_ON on the PCB

– Provides -5V which is obtained from the -12V supply

Connect your ATX power supply to the PCB.

Solder the XT PSU Connector to the PCB. See labels on the PCB – do not mix up the pin when soldering in the cables otherwise you risk damaging the adapter and computer.
