OpenC64Cart 16k
This is a 16K cartridge for the Commodore 64 / C64 / C128.
The cartridge is based on the OpenC64 16K cartridge design by SukkolPerra. Each cartridge can hold 4 x 16K images which are selectable using the jumpers:

The EPROM (W27C512) is pre-programmed with a selection of 4 images.
The W27C512 is electrically erasable and can be programmed with other ROM images using a a suitable programmer, such as the TL866II or T48 programmer.
When flashing the ROM images, make sure that every file is exactly 16384 bytes long and just concatenate them.
